A lot of people as us: Why don’t you use “no added sugar”, like some other jams do?

🧃 Because “no added sugar” can be misleading.
Some brands use claims like "no added sugar" or "nothing but fruit" and pour in fruit juice concentrate instead. That’s still sugar. It’s just coming from a different (and often ultra-processed) source. And here’s the thing: your body doesn’t care where sugar comes from.

Whether it’s made from sugar beet, sugar cane, or fruit juice concentrate, once it enters your bloodstream as glucose and fructose, your body reacts the same way. Insulin is released, and if there’s too much sugar too often, it can make us sick - over time contributing to issues like insulin resistance, weight gain, diabetes and more.
